I have tried searching for the Vizio Soundbar with the model # and it still doesn't work and the remote will not learn the input function on the Vizio remote, I only go to my Mother's house once a week so I can try only 1 more time and if it doesn't work I will have to return it, sorry.

I understand what you are saying so I'll get with her about how many favorite channels she has. Would be nice if it could bring up a set of keys such as on the phone (green button 123 brings up numerical keypad)
