    I have not seen any feedback on this and as of right now the remote interface it self is unusable after that last update. I will be returning it. I liked the build quality of the remote it self but there is little to no support and no integration with Philips Hue. I had high hopes for this product as a replacement for my Harmony remote.

    is there a way to either do a hard reset with the physical buttons on the remote or do a complete factory restore with out using the menu system?
