For an example. My phone (with the sofabaton app) is on an internal subnet of 192.168.1.1 and the sofabaton hub is connected to a seperate subnet of 192.168.107.1 But I have configured my router to allow for traffic to flow between the 2 separate subnet on connections established from 192.168.1.1 network. It appears that currently the sofabaton app only scans the subnet of the phone/tablet device and does not allow for manual configuration of the IP address. I only noticed this since my previous Harmony Hub allowed me to do this.
