While I was waiting, I reprogramed the red, blue, green and yellow keys to be navigation up, down, left and right. These reprogrammed color keys do not fail. Only the keys of the direction ring fail. The problem is isolated to the physical keys of the direction ring. Please replace the remote.

FYI: I also sent this request to Sofabaton’s support email. They have responded and are working the issue.
