    Could I get some help with this issue, @SofaBaton? I followed all of the directions. I even did a factory reset of the X1 hub, deleted and reinstalled the app, and setup everything from scratch. Still no luck with the LG CX 77 tv. It was working previously and just stopped working out of the blue. Help!

    Originally, the LG TV was working fine both in device and activity mode and both through the app and X1. Now it does not work in any of them. It does not work in device mode or activity mode. It does not work via app or X1. I unplugged and plugged hub back in - still does not work. I deleted the LG TV device and re-added it. It still does not work. Other devices are working fine through the X1 and app.

    Unfortunately this has been a long standing issue for the past two firmware versions. My family should not have to constantly re-pair the remote with the Shield. Very frustrating

    @SofaBaton: I am having the exact same issue. I have followed your directions and still have the same issue. It disconnects the Shield Pro bluetooth almost every day. The only workaround is pulling the plug on the X1 hub. Then it restores the bluetooth connection. I have to do this EVERY DAY. I never had to do this with my Harmony Elite. Please help us find a solution.

    @SofaBaton, long press is not working for me despite trying all of your suggestions. My devices are: LG OLED77CXPUA TV, Denon AVR-S760H receiver, Shield Pro 2019

    @SofaBaton, I tried your list of suggestions. None of them resolved the issue. The family is having to press Volume MANY times to adjust volume. It is quite disappointing.

    I am having the same issue. Resume and cycling power on the hub did not resolve it. The command repeat didn’t resolve it either. Still looking for a fix for the long press on the volume buttons.
