Re-sync, power cycle does not help. Re-sync again does not help. Editing and repairing key using app then re-sync does not help. The keys on the remote in the app work fine but the keys on the physical remote do not work. This is the case with every device I have (Samsung TV, Kinivo HDMI switch, Sonos PlayBar, Fire TV Stick, Samsung DVD player, Roku Premier+, or Apple TV. On some occasions hitting an application key (volume up or left) will cause the LCD display to move from the Activities list to the main menu (Activities, Devices, Set). In short, the lower buttons on the remote no longer work.
