Thank you for trying, I was able to figure it out by watching one of the old reviews on Youtube. I believe the issue was communication since your staff is from China? Your replies nor the software instructions were not clear. What you should explain better is that when you create a second activity using the same device that you do NOT unselect the previous source list and then select the new source, but instead you choose the second source input while leaving the first source still chosen as you will be prompted to be able to choose which source you want for the second activity. This is a bit confusing as many people would think that after you create the first activity, that when you create the second activity, that you are doing a new process where you would uncheck the first source and replace it with the new source. You need to change your software explanation to be more clear and/or provide a printed manual that shows the correct process of adding multiple activities from one device such as a pre-amp audio video processor as I have never encountered a situation where you are expecting to leave multiple items chosen. This is rather strange logic. I still have an issue but will create a new post to keep it separate now that I was finally able to have the remote operate three different activities correctly.

The projector is a display device with only one (1) HDMI input from the Marantz AV pre-amp, it does NOT have any source options or settings as the projector detects the signal and will automatically choose the quality of the display. Thus the Marantz pre-amp is the unit that chooses which source input as those inputs (SAT, Game, Blu-ray) are separate HDMI wires plugged into the Marantz pre-amp as does all of the separate power amps which use RCA's to input the audit signal to the Marantz pre-am which has no built in amplifiers for the sound. The projector does not have any inputs or input options on it's remote, etc. On the Marantz pre-amp remote it has separate buttons to select the inputs (SAT, game, Blu-ray, etc.) I need you to provide more clear instructions on how to program your remote so that it can perform the functions of the Marantz AV pre-amp remote to properly switch between those three (3) separate activities of (SAT, game, Blu-ray). Then your remote should then perform the basic operations of my DIRECTV remote for SAT, my Amazon fire remote for game, and my Oppo digital Blu-ray remote for Blu-ray.

Can you explain " the projector needs to be fully populated with SAT, Game, and Blu-ray sources to avoid changing the list every time"? I am hoping your explanation will solve it as I have tried many times after I created the three separate activities to edit the startup settings to the correct source name but the same things seems to happen? If possible maybe you could list the steps to create the 3 activities of (SAT, Game and Blu-ray)?

I just learned about your company and the X1 as my Logitech remote has failed. I do want to report that on today 5/26/22 the X1 is still not available on Amazon and it still has no indication of when it will be available? Any update on when they will be available for purchase? From my Google search it appears you launched it as a bit of a Beta project with early adopters reporting their issues and for the most part it sounds like you folks are working hard at resolving all reported issues. Our only TV is via our Optoma UHZ65 front projector, to a Marantz surround sound pre-amp linked to 7 power amps, getting input from Amazon Fire TV, Direct TV, and OPPO digital blu-ray player. I am hoping your remote will work so that we can just press TV, Blu-ray, etc. and the remote will turn on the projector, turn on the right input & the Marantz with easy ability to change the channel, volume, etc.
