Hello, I am really sorry, but your support is absolutely unprofessional and the problems described are not solved. I have bought a final product and would like to work with it reasonably and not actively unpaid improve your product or eliminate with any workarounds problems that your product has!
I bought the product to control devices and rely on your database. Unfortunately, the Vu+ Solo2 is not properly supported, there are massive problems, so it is not possible to press a button 2x to switch, for example, to channel 11. The proposal with a macro is a bad joke, because I would have to program a separate macro for each channel of 2 or 3 digits. I am tired of being the beta tester for such an immature product.
The U1 is now going back to the vendor, my time is too precious to be bothered with it any longer.
There are still issues that have not been answered or resolved.
I wish you good luck in the future. Fix the open issues as soon as possible, then maybe we will see each other in the future. Currently, the product is too expensive for this non-existent scope of services and too uncertain for me.
- no backup of the own device possible
- App not usable without pairing, pairing has to be done again and again once Bluetooth has been turned off.
- Error in the database, device not possible without manual programming of the buttons (exactly in such a case a backup is mandatory).
- in case of problems, videos are always sent that have nothing to do with the actual problem and questions are not answered.
-Database of manufacturers on the homepage insufficient, what good is a list of manufacturers if I can not see whether my device is really supported?
