  • How to transfer settings from U1 to U2 1 year ago

    We are in 2023 and there is still no option to backup the settings. i did a try on the U1 and there where so many issues and i already mentioned a year ago that the first step should be a working backup. Nothing happend. Everyone should make up their own mind here. At the latest when the original remote control no longer works and you have to relearn the system, you will miss the backup.

    Never heard again from you, no working solution. U1 was sent back. Am very dissatisfied with the quality and support. Database still not working to see if a single device is working or not. Will not find the device. Brand is really useless.

    Hello, I am really sorry, but your support is absolutely unprofessional and the problems described are not solved. I have bought a final product and would like to work with it reasonably and not actively unpaid improve your product or eliminate with any workarounds problems that your product has! I bought the product to control devices and rely on your database. Unfortunately, the Vu+ Solo2 is not properly supported, there are massive problems, so it is not possible to press a button 2x to switch, for example, to channel 11. The proposal with a macro is a bad joke, because I would have to program a separate macro for each channel of 2 or 3 digits. I am tired of being the beta tester for such an immature product. The U1 is now going back to the vendor, my time is too precious to be bothered with it any longer. There are still issues that have not been answered or resolved. I wish you good luck in the future. Fix the open issues as soon as possible, then maybe we will see each other in the future. Currently, the product is too expensive for this non-existent scope of services and too uncertain for me. - no backup of the own device possible - App not usable without pairing, pairing has to be done again and again once Bluetooth has been turned off. - Error in the database, device not possible without manual programming of the buttons (exactly in such a case a backup is mandatory). - in case of problems, videos are always sent that have nothing to do with the actual problem and questions are not answered. -Database of manufacturers on the homepage insufficient, what good is a list of manufacturers if I can not see whether my device is really supported?

    It is not useful for other users just to read "Have replied your question via email, pls kindly check." This Page should help other users. They can´t read your e-mails sent to me (hopefully)

    Sorry, no the main question why U1 needs always to be paired just to use the software was never explained. It is still not possible to send a bug or to read a response inisde the app or doing anything else without pairing the U1. So the software is useless without the U1. Why is it always asking to pair the Device on IOS ? After the first Setup the App should know and remember the U1. Setup your U1, disable Bluetooth, switch Bluetooth on and you stuck on the first screen, you always have to pair otherwise you can´t read your own bug reports or feedback. That is strange!

    Please add the Option to backup the Settings into the App, this should really not be a problem!
