If your new remote and old remote are both X1S ,you can backup the data of the old remote and import it to the new remote. kindly go to our app:me--settings-back up and do the rest and if all devices are added and activities work well; please do the data backup and note all data is stored under your account of Sofabaton in the cloud and you can import all datas to the new remote if you keep using the same account of Sofabaton.
