Did you add the Shield from our IR library or pair the remote via Bluetooth? Bluetooth is the recommended way.
It would be nice to have this feature on the X2 as well, or some kind of way to separate or group devices or actions. For example, by topic.
Sorry for the inconvenience! U3 does not currently support the function of hiding devices. We have already forwarded your request to our R&D department, and this feature will be added in a future update.
good luck, my old x1s reboots randomly every 2 weeks and good luck trying to catch it on camera, it's completely impossible to film it since it lasts 5 seconds and there is no way to pre-empt it.
Sorry, the video is necessary for a possible replacement process if you have a defect unit.
