Dear Customer, please note that the SofaBaton cannot be paried to the PS3 via Bluetooth. To control the PS3, you need a PS3 IR adapter and add the PS3 from our IR library.
Dear Customer, please test if pressing the 4 button work under regular device mode first. If it works there, please try adding more delays between the commands in macro settings.
Dear Customer, please note that we cannot add Bluetooth commands for this specific device since BT codes are often private and encrypted. Please try the "Android Box" or "Other" BT profile and pair with your device. Also, though the original remote might be Bluetooh, your device may have the ability to receive IR signal as well. Please send us the exact model of the sound system to service@sofabaton.com so that we can check if it can be added to the library.
Dear Customer, we recommend that you add this device via infrared; we have the code for this device in our code database. Brand:Epson Model:LS-800
Dear Customer, once the hue light is added it should be listed as a device profile and can be selected while creating an Activity. If you cannot find it, please send us some screenshots for further investigation.
Dear Customer, we apologize for the inconvenience. Since all signals for the X1S are transmitted from the hub, the remote control itself does not emit infrared signals. Therefore, you cannot power on the device directly from the remote control; instead, you must send the signal to the hub, which then transmits the signal to control the device.
