X1 remote stopped working.
X1 remote shut off. Thought the battery died but wouldn't charge. The hub is still working but not the remote.

Dear customer, Thank you for sharing. Regarding the issue of double click on the button, we also feedback to our engineers to fix this device.Brand:Samsung Model:QE43QN90A Maybe you can also try to re-add a new code to test if the button can work properly.
I have the same issue with LG OLED55B97LA. I solved it with using a macro version of the same key and adding another key from another remote without function, so I have a pause in between two keys. My suggestion would be that you add an option for abutting to only trigger the command with a rising edge of the pressed button. Therefore if you hold the button, the code will be sent only one time. This makes sense for nearly every function. Maybe not for volume up and down. This should be easy to integrate.
What I did: Use the macro functionality and do the original command (e.g. arrow right) + another one, which doesn’t work (e.g. blue button of my other IR remote control like Sky Q). Therefore a standard delay will be put in between these two commands with a duration of 0.5 seconds. This duration can be reduced to 0.0 seconds, which results into a quite responsive behaviour, but without the behaviour of a double press when the button is hold a longer time.
I had this problem with all of the navigation buttons - left, right, up, down. I figured that as the original Samsung remote works OK, it must be something to do with the signals sent by the SF remote. So I re-trained the left, right, up & down buttons on the SF remote from the Samsung remote. In the SF app on your phone/tablet, go [Activities…TV…Edit/repair commands…Navigate_down (or left, right, up)…Edit…Learn commands from the original remote], then follow the instructions. NOTE - when you press the button on the original remote as you hold it over the hub, press it for the shortest possible length of time to guarantee that it only sends the signal once. I have a suspicion that it was not doing this that caused the problem in the first place with the sets of commands available from SofaBaton.
There is a power button on the AppleTV? That’s ridiculous! I can’t imagine what these people are talking about. The AppleTV does not have a power button on the device itself. Never did, never will. Regardless of model, there is no power button on the black, rectangular AppleTV device. The only way to turn the power on if it’s off is either by remote (there is a power button on the remote) or by unplugging the unit and plugging it back in, causing a restart. That’s it. Period.
I have the same issue. About twice per week, the remote and hub lock up, and the green lights on both continue to flash. I have to unplug the hub to get it resolved. Very annoying.
