You want a video of the remote frozen with keys that don't work? Why - don't you believe me?
Thanks for your feedback! We have passed along your suggestion to our R&D team and will take it into consideration in future updates.
Could you take a video next time the remote freeze and send it to service@sofabaton.com? Our support team will follow up on this issue.
Please send us the exact model of your TV to service@sofabaton.com. A picture of the nameplate would be useful.
Please add the Xfinity by IR. Please note that the IR receiver on Xfinity is rather weak and has a really limited receiving angle. We suggest sticking the IR blaster that comes with the box onto the IR receiving area on your Xfinity. Here's an article from Xfinity for your reference: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-your-remote-control-with-an-ir-extender
The solution to this problem is to allow the user to customize the Startup/Shutdown sequence list by letting us actually delete unneeded commands, like the power toggle when switching devices and the one needed device is already on. My AV receiver is already in the ON state, the remote only has a power button. If I needed to power it up, I can add the step. The people who buy remotes like this are often a couple steps above normal users and can handle a few options. We don't need our hands held and told "no" when we actually want to customize something.
