PS. it is a brand new U2 remote, and it has the latest firmware.
still have the issue and its 2025, when I press a key on my roku, it jumps 2 spots up or down, randomly. it may be only 1 move or two. makes programming a macro impossible to work every time.
Can’t see it on Amazon but its $330 to pre-order from Sofabaton in the US (and was only $280 the other day, so demand must be high) hopefully it’ll be around £300 when its available in the UK.
This will be my first and last Sofabaton remote: no firmware updates, no software updates, no api functionality. Very disappointing. Meanwhile there are other brands which make a better job ...
If you add the power buttons to Favourites when something goes wrong use them to correct it, is a way round not having a Help button. I’m sure when I first had my X1 it had this feature but got removed at some point.
Looking at the TN-65W70AGZ it’s a new model not in the database but as all the Panasonics I have had have used the same codes, you should be able to download a random model’s database that includes the separate codes and use that to control your TV. Or if your Harmony still works you could try and learn them from that.
