I lived with this issue for a year until on a whim decided to reprogram the remote using my original remote. In the process, I realized the instructions say to hold the key but that's what creates the duplicate read. I just tapped once instead of holding and the programming fails at first, but then it'll work. Voila, problem solved. No more double trigger.
Dear Customer, The Bluetooth remote itself cannot be learned. If your TV supports Bluetooth, you can select “Other” or “Android TV” when adding devices to pair with your TV.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your suggestion. I will share it with our team for evaluation and consider whether this feature can be added in a future update.
Dear Customer, you might have to disable CEC function on all devices---TV, AV reviver, Apple TV, Fire cube, Xbox, PlayStation, projector, processor, etc. as if two devices are connected to each other by HDMI cable, there is one function named CEC that sends a signal to power on or off one device at while the other one is powered on or off.
Yes, currently macro keys and favorites display the device name. We've also received feedback from other customers who dislike this feature. We've relayed this to the team for evaluation on whether it will be modified in the next update.
Dear Customer, thank you for sharing your feedback. I will continue to relay it to our team for evaluation and optimization.
