Dear Customer, we have forwarded this issue to our technical team for review.
Dear Customer, we apologize for the inconvenience. You may want to check if the “Disconnect Unused Devices” setting is enabled on your NVIDIA device. If so, we recommend turning it off. Also, has your NVIDIA device been updated to the latest version? If not, we recommend updating it to the latest version. If the connection still drops, we suggest removing the device and pairing it again. Then test to see if it works.
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. I will share it with our team so we can address this issue.
My X1S is having lots of problems with the Nvidia Shield. Sometimes it misses button presses, sometimes it loses connection entirely and I need to restart the remote, and someones it doesn't turn on when I start the activity. Is there any way to fix this?
I'm having this double click issue as well. I've reloaded it and still having the issue. Are there any real solutions?
Dear Customer, Thank you for your interest in our products. Without a remote control, you cannot access the database. 1. Your device is listed in our infrared code library, which also includes commands such as HDMI2. 2. The X Series can create Activities, while Alexa can only turn Activities on and off. Regarding the URLs you mentioned, this can be achieved through IP control. For IP control, kindly note the following: lP device option requires a lot of knowledge to use and supports only HTTP and IP addresses. But it doesn't support HTTPS or hostname or DNS (Domains) name and this means that although it can be used with lFTTT but it's actually not possible without HTTPs and hostname in the GET option. And the following feedback FYI: If l try to user a POST HTTP method with a JSON body payload. l add the payload like {"on*: true}. When l Edit the button properties, the JSON content is escaped, and shows like "{\"on\*: true }" and when l try to edit it like an error message that this is not a valid JSON value. In addition, here is a video that walks you through setting up the X1S step by step; you may find it helpful. https://youtu.be/CBX1QWeILtU?si=jdlS0MP-K19VDnmV Timestamps: 00:00 - Intro 01:15 - What's in the box 01:47 - Installing the Hub 03:28 - App Setup 05:37 - Adding Devices 07:42 - Setting Up AppleTV 08:39 - Adjusting Power Settings 12:55 - Source Configuration 17:31 - Creating Activities 20:40 - Adding Activities 26:20 - Sharing Remote Codes 27:40 - Updating Firmware 28:36 - Learning Remotes 35:50 - Repairing Commands 31:42 - Create Custom Buttons 32:50 - Create Favorite Keys 35:00 - Using the Remote
