In the early year my hub and the x1 remote worked for a couple days quite well. Since a firmware-update I'm not able to do anything with the remote anymore. It seems so be connected with the hub, but it doesn't sync. When I start the app, it tells me that there is an update for my remote. But the new upadte always stops with 0%, like the sync. It is very disapointing and looks like a complete waste of money, never in my life I had to use a remote with such a bad software. What else can I do? Is there an option to do a firmware-update without ota? Maybe by using a computer and offline?
