I've been a long time Harmony Elite user. But I have to say, I love this remote. Simpler and very reliable. There is a learning curve, but once you get the idea, it's great. The only problem I have is the long press on the volume keys. It doesn't seem to advance the volume. I just have to continuasly press the key. However, I'm still extremely happy with this remote. No other problems.
