Cant get the hub firmware update dialog to appear

How do i get this to show up again? it failed the first time I tried so went ahead and set everything up. Now it isn't asking again and i'd like to update the firmware now that i've read up on some of the reasons for it failing - there is no menu item to kick off this process.

    This doesn't do anything - it says there is no update to apply. The hub is stuck on version 7 and won't prompt me to update to version 11

    I am also having this issue. My app shows the Hub being at version 7 and the remote at version 6, so really out of date. I have tried re-installing the app and then re-pairing the remote, however it errors on the third step of "configuring the node", and asks me to try again. However, I can then connect to the hub but firmware updates never show. Totally stuck now.

    i've gone as far as to reinstall the app and try new accounts, but it still doesn't show up

    I have the same question of how to manually update the hub. I don't see any way to do it and I've closed and reopened the app several times.
