Hello,
I just got this device and am attempting to connect it. On the Provision screen it says
- Sending Wi-fi crednetials (blue/white check)
- Confirming Wi-fi connection (blue/white check)
- Configuring Node Association (red X)
I've uninstalled app, unplugged device, etc - no success.
There is no phone support and apparantly a holiday until Oct 7
Any suggestion before I return to amazon and order a logitech?
