Is there a way for a macro to change devices

I can setup the remote to switch modes from Roku to Broadcast TV just fine, but then my main selection buttons are stuck on the wrong device. I would love to setup a macro button to change the inputs on my TV from Roku to broadcast TV and also change the main device to TV. I don't see a way to control the scroll button between devices automatically. Is there a way to accomplish this?
