The Sofabaton X1 is potentially an excellent product, but I'm so frustrated setting it up I'm extremely close to returning for a refund.
My first issue was that my HUB would not respond to my original remotes when trying to learn them. Not just for one product either, but 4 different devices all were not recognised by the HUB.
Second issue, and probably even more frustrating than the first, is now that I have used other methods to connect my remotes to the Sofabaton HUB, they don't STAY connected. 3 out of my 5 devices now show "No Key" on the remote when selected and don't even repaint in the App, so I have to now try to reconnect them.
Seriously, I was so thrilled when I got my first device connected and saw how great the Sofabaton worked. But all the issues I've had with it and the literal HOURS I've spent messing around with it are making me lose my faith.
I brought 2, one for myself and one for my elderly parents. If theirs have the issues mine does, they will not cope.
