My frustrating experience with the X1 continues. My LG CX 77 tv ( LG OLED77CXPUA ) worked fine with the X1 until a few weeks ago. Now, it will not control the tv at all. Power on/off doesn't work. Nothing works. I've removed the device and re-added it. It still doesn't work. It does not work from the app or from the remote. My LG remote works fine.
I've tried training the commands from the LG remote. It doesn't work either.
I've tried other LG codes (about 20 out of 181) and no luck.
Could I get some help with this issue, @SofaBaton? I followed all of your prior directions. I even did a factory reset of the X1 hub, deleted and reinstalled the app, and setup everything from scratch. Still no luck with the LG CX 77 tv. It was working previously and just stopped working out of the blue. Help!
All I need it to do is turn on and off my TV. Any ideas or advice?
