Purchased a U1 from Amazon 9 months ago. Screen showed low battery. I replaced the AA batteries with fresh batteries making sure they were oriented correctly. The unit is dead. There is nothing on the screen and it will not pair with phone. I sent an email to customer support. not response yet. Any ideas??
