I have connected my hub to the Wifi successfully, and it can not be found from the app when i go to proceed to the next step. I have also paired it to my hotspot as a second test to see if the issue is with the router. It had the same results. It appears to connect to either network successfully. Once the green light is on the hub showing it is connected to the network, it can not be seen in the application to proceed to the next step. This is my second hub i purchased, thinking the first hub had a defect. This second hub exihibts the same no connect to the mobile app issue. The instructions are pretty simple to set up, not sure what the issue is. I plan to return this hub. A consumer device should not take this long to set up.
