I can't seem to get this HUB to connect to my router, Netgear RAX80. Sending Wi-Fi credentials gets a check as does applying Wi-Fi connection but it fails everytime at provisioning status. My router does not have and Homeshield protection on. I have even connected the HUB to my router and nothing. I can't get past this to do anything else so reseting to factory defautls are already in place because I have never been able to get it set up. I have unplugged and rebooted everything and I am at a complete loss.
