Recently I received a new X1 remote to replace my defective X1 remote. Installed the new X1, works fine! Then performed the firmware update and immediately after the update, the X1 remote does nothing. The screen will now remain black. Contacted Sofabaton again about this via email, as a solution I can now get a refund. This of course does not solve my problem. I need a working X1 remote to operate my equipment. Or should I just look for a different solution/brand?
