I have configured my PVR Arris: AX013ANM. I need to learn commands to skip forward and back. I have an IR remote that works properly for this. No matter howm many times I learn the command it does not work after learning. The device appears to accept the command, but will not perform the function from the app/remote afterwards. What shoud I do?
