I have configured my PVR Arris: AX013ANM. I can control the device effectively with the mobile app. However it does not work properly with the actual remote. It barely responds to any button presses and is unusable. Other IR devices work properly and I have validated that it is in plain view of the transmitter. I have re-synced many times and I have tried removing it and setting it up as a different dvevice with the same result. Weird since the app transmitts via the hub too. How can I resolve this?

sbsnwp2022-08-30As mentioned in the original post. The transmitter and device are in plain view of each other. It doesn't matter where the hub is placed. Right in front of it and it still doesn't work properly. Unusable from the remote, but works perfectly from the mobile APP. Even though it sends the commands from the same transmitter(hub). This isn't because the hub cannot communicate properly with the device as placed, because the app works quickly and smoothly. It only fails via the x1 remote control. In such a case the odd command works, but it is sluggish and most of the time it doesn't work at all. -
SofaBaton2022-08-30hello, to confirm the problem accurately, pls do not cover the hub and the ir receiver of the device, make the hub in front of the device, and check if the remote could control the arris or not, tks for your time.
