After attempting to set up the X1 and finding that commands which are successful via the app but not the remote, this despite the hub blinking to suggest the command was received. I decided to start again and return the firmware to factory and despite finding where to run the process, nothing apart from a message happens. The first time I tried it the cog turned and turned and I left it to turn for 20 mins out of fear of bricking. I aborted (after some trouble) to find all the devices and the one activity untouched. I tried to reset it again with the same outcome. Have others had the same happen with their X1?
