Having issues with the Xfinity XG1-P cable box code base, requiring multiple commands to be sent before they are recognized. This happens on both the x1 remote as well as the app.
To give a little background, I reported this issue back in May and was happy to find the issue was resolved by the hub v9 firmware update. Under that release every command sent by the X1 remote took effect on the XG1-P cable box.
Unfortunately, after upgrading to the hub V10 firmware, the issue has returned and most X1 button presses are not received by the cable box. Keep in mind all other devices setup work as expected. Thanks for the hard work put in by your team...for a couple of weeks I had a single remote in my living room for the first time in years (down from 5).
