Purchased the the U1 remote to replace the Samsung TV remote as the back button doesn't work well on it. I successfully setup the U1 remote works great except for the back button. The back button does not work at all.
I tried to manually program it with the Samsung remote. That didn't work. I also tried to change the button that it is programmed to. That didn't work either.
What else should I try?
