Earlier firmware has compatibility issues in some network environments and may be slower or unable to find the hub Suggest kindly share a hotspot with another mobile phone, use this hotspot as a router, connect both the HUB and the mobile phone to this hotspot, to update the firmware of the hub( v10) and remote( V9) manually. Click Me---X1 setting --- firmware update for X1 remote When upgrading, please put the hub and the remote control together to avoid too far to upgrade. too slow to fail After update the firmware, pls manually exit(kill) the app, unplug and plug the hub immediately, then wait for 5 minutes to let hub update the wifi configuration automatically. Finally, you can reconnect the hub via your home network directly.
