This TV decoder has been found in SofaBaton X1 database, uploaded, but no response at all from dedicated buttons, nor list of all activities for this device.

    I have tried with latest v11 version of hub software, but nothing changed and I still cann't manage this device.

    All Arris devices seam to have trouble with v10... @Sofabaton: You should look at this instead of trying to update databases.
