I recently upgraded my X1 to firmware v10. The process went smoothly however all my ir devices will no longer receive a signal. However, my only bluetooth conection (Apple TV) still worked. I decided to factory reset the hub and remote. Factory resetting the hub didn't solve any issues and now the remote won't even go into pairing mode, I hold the top two buttons but nothing happens.
