Sony TV KD-55XH9005 doesn’t work since update

hello, since the last firmware update, my sony TV (KD-55XH9005) no longer works. Unfortunately, this has never been found in the database. But one of the favorites fit. now no button works anymore. some are also grayed out. can you add this to the database? and please let me know what the problem could be.
