I purchased a new Sofabaton U1 three days ago and I can safely say, trying to set-up two devices on this remote is close to the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with in my 65+ years! I've spent over 8 hours total and I'm actually further back than where I started.
I've tried three times to contact Sofabaton using the phone number that pops up every once in awhile on the app but all I get is a general recording. No announcement or anything. No clue if it's even Sofabaton.
Does anyone know how to contact Technical Support, or Customer Support, or any living, breathing thing at Sofabaton?
