volume buttons programming

Hi, my setup is: TV STB AV receiver I have 3 remotes, I found U1 and hopefully it will fix all my problems. Ideally the U1 should replace all 3 remotes, but to hard-program volume buttons to AV receiver only. so it will ignore which device U1 will control and always use volume buttons with AV receiver only and nothing else. except this I'm ok switching the device the U1 will control with the scroll knob, but it would be nice to have possibility to hard-program other buttons to certain device action only. is this possible to now or would be possible in the future? as I understand the U1 remote is coded via app in phone and therefore this feature can be introduced if not yet present.
