After hours trying to get new X1 up and running. The FIrmware updates would not allow! After switching Off any router protections such as Malware etc and adjusting to 2.4 wifi I was able to download firmware update for Hub. Followed steps carefully but when I reached update for X1 remote nothing happens with 0% download. No further action. Even tried via phone hotspot to eliminate any issues with router! Same problem occurs!
Please help as I am an owner of the U1 and have been very happy except for minor issues which is why I have updated to the X1.
