I started the firmware update and the updating process was completed successfully. But after the update, the X1 does not work anymore: The OLD screen ofjust flashes on and off and the hub does not find the remote anymore. Even after a complete discharge and re-charge, the remote shows up still flashing without any further function.
Is there a hard reset for the remote or is the remote completely bricked?
