Hello,
I am having an issue where my remote stops working and I have to reboot my hub to get it to work again. I just purchased this device and really like it and would prefer to fix the issue instead of return it. I have made sure that the hub and remote are running the current firmware. Is there anything else I can try?
NOTE: I think the hub is working correctly because if I connect to it via the phone app, it works even though the remote does not.
