X1 Battery Indicator Not Working

RobertG 1 year ago ⋅ 625 Read it

I just purchased the X1 remote and have one problem I am hoping someone can help me with. The battery indicator seems stuck at 3 bars, even after charging the remote overnight and trying different USB-C chargers. Everything else seems to work fine, but I would like to have a functioning battery indicator so I know when the battery is running low. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.

I used the original cable and it worked! I was using a usb-C to usb-C cable assuming the remote would charge faster, but apparently I must use a usb-C to usb-A cable to charge the remote. Thanks for the assistance!

hello, pls try the original hub's charger to charge the remote, any difference? If still no help, pls kindly provide your order number and problem video to our after-sales team sofabaton@outlook.com who will help you solve the problem properly. FYI, pls try to charge the remote and show it in the video.
