Have to wait seconds between button presses.

I am having a strange probkem with the Sofabaton X1 and my TELUS STB, which is a Technicolor UIW8001.

The buttons mostly work, although the code set is missing skip ahead and skip back and oddly has play and pause as discrete buttons even though its one button on the remote, but I can't use the same button multiple times in a row unless I wait a few seconds between.

I can alternate between up and down just fine, but trying to go up 3 times in a row requires a long pause between buttons.

Other devices like my receiver seem not to have this problem. Confused...

    @SofaBaton I don't see any difference between the original codeset and the new codeset. It seems to behave exactly the same. I reported a few problems at the same time in this post, so I have made a new post with just the major issue (ie: having to wait literally seconds between each press of the same navigation button in order for it to register).

    Dear, it is flip code, our tech department has repaired it, pls try to add the device again, and check if it could work well now. Fyi, pls do not delete the old one at first, once you confirmed the new database could work well, then you can delete the old one, tks
    @TheRealDeria: @SofaBaton Any update on this? Would it be better if I submitted my question through e-mail instead of through this forum? Not being able to control my STB, or teach the SofaBaton how to do it using the original remote, is kind of a deal-breaker for me. Every other device is fine, so I'm hopeful.
