X1 Remote for Amazon Fire TV 4-Series and Denon AVR-S950H

I am having trouble configuring activities on my X1 remote. I don't think it is adding the correct options for my Amazon Fire TV 4-Series (4K50N400A) and my Denon Receiver AVR-S950H.

I think it believes that my Fire TV is a stick as it does not have any input source options. Mine is the actual 4K TV and I am using multiple HDMI inputs on it, so need to be able to select either: No input - if using the Amazon OS apps installed directly on the TV HDMI1 - if input is coming from my Denon AVR-S950H receiver HDMI2 - if input is coming from my Nintendo Wii (which is not connected to my Denon receiver). If I try to manually add my TV device, instead of clicking on the FireTV icon, it does not recognize the model.

I am also unable to select the input sources for my Denon AVR-S950H receiver. It has the "Source configuration option", and my Denon remote has individual buttons for each input source, but when I select the "Switch sources with one-click" it does not have any options available. It wants me to add the keys of the corresponding source, but it only has an "Input" option instead of the CBL/SAT, DVD, Blu-ray, Game, Aux1, Media Player, TV Audio, Aux2, Tuner, USB, CD, Bluetooth, Phono, HEOS, or Internet Radio input options available on my remote. It wants me to select from a list of buttons that do not apply. The actual input buttons are not available.

My questions then are:

  1. Is it configuring the wrong Amazon Fire TV device? Can I get the correct Amazon TV device enabled?
  2. Is it possible to get all of the correct inputs available for my Denon receiver?

Thanks.
