After the recent major firmware update from 1 July, the X1 is almost useless.
It took alot of time to setup the X1 probably. Tested the Activities and all worked fine. Things went awry when I powered off all my devices mains. My Yamaha soundbar and Shield is able to power up fine. However, my Sony TV just refuses to power up. I had to use my TV original remote to power up the TV before I can continue using X1. This is just absurb. I tried a few remote codes but all exhibit similar issues on the powering up issue.
Now I have to revert to using my Logi Harmony Hub instead which still works liked magic.
