I am new to Sofabaton. Updating the hub firmware went smoothly. I have tried repeatedly to update the X1 remote firmware, but the process just sat there, with no progress or messages, and the hub green light stayed on steady.
I finally used the moblile access to the Netgear to turn OFF my Netgear WiFi Bitdefender, and success at last.
