After installing the latest X1 Remote update the lower keys on the remote no longer work. The upper (Global) keys work fine but the lower buttons no longer work. The keys in the App work fine and I can install the commands onto the LCD and they will work from there. Pressing the Volume, navigation, OK, Play, Forward, Reverse, Channel Up/down, do not send commands. They worked prior to the update.
I have peformed a Factory Reset on the Hub and reprogrammed everything several times and the keys still do not work.
Is there a way to do a Factory Reset or Reflash on the Remote?
