I am having a major issue configuring this remote with either a 2017 Shield or 2019 Shield. I have paired multiple times, and the hub is showing as connected on either Shield that I try however neither the app nor the remote will control either shield I try. When I attempt to use the app all control buttons are greyed out (unlike when I direct control the TV). When I configure an activity that includes a Shield no other devices work (I cannot control volume on a connected soundbar as an example). This is a deal breaker if I cannot get this fixed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
