X1 Set-Up

Hi there. I recently purchased the Sofabaton X1 and I think I have it mostly working but have run into two issues:

1. Samsung TV (Model # UN60ES8000): I can't seem to get this to work - it doesn't turn on or off using the SofaBaton app or remote. I've tried adding this both through the Quick Search and bluetooth without any success. Would you have any suggestions?

2. Adding Favourite Channels - how do I add multiple Favourite Channels (e.g. Channel 1503 or Channel 247 on Bell Fibe TV) so I can quick select that channel on the remote?
