Hello I received this remote today. It briefly did show devices and activities I added in the app but now there are blanks. If I have 3 devices there are 3 blanks so it seems to be getting some information. No commands work like volume if I select a blank with the rolling button. The app works fine, I can execute remote functions from it to my devices and can run activities.
The remote will occasionally also warn that it "Lost Hub!" even if it is just a few feet away. I attempted to reset the hub and re-pair the remote to no avail. Help would be appreciated thank you.
